The City of Philadelphia Discover Benefits pilot was open from January 6 – March 31, 2020. City staff will review all feedback and data that was collected during the pilot and make the necessary changes to the form before its citywide relaunch. Beginning April 1, residents can still visit the this website to see a list of all programs and links to application information.
